After searching my emails and looking back on my bank statements, payments started in February 2019 and never ended, no email in July to say I cancelled or started payments again and since the first email no one will reply to me to discuss where they're getting these dates from and no acknowledgement that this has been a system error. When I reach out to splice I was told that this was my fault and I can't have a refund as I cancelled then re-actived my product in July 2019. I have confirmation emails showing January 2019 as the cancelled date. A year later when I'm checking my paypal I notice I've been getting charged the entire time for a trial I cancelled. After that I used a trial of an izotope program which completely destroyed any project I used it in due to CPU issues so I cancelled my trial within the week, pretty much the same day it was installed. Tried their rent to buy model for serum which was great, works fine and was affordable over the year or so. £120 down the drain due to a system error on their part.
